Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow extra time for order processing during peak seasons or sales events.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. The shipping options and delivery times will vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors like weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit or marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. We recommend contacting the carrier immediately if your package is not received within the expected delivery window.

Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to shipping information once the order has been processed or shipped.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to carrier volume. Please plan accordingly if you're ordering gifts or items that require quick delivery.
